Clean Cookie Dough Balls



Hi Everyone,
If your looking for a sweet snack that doesn't take hours of hard work in the gym try these cookie dough balls. They're really quick and easy and only need a few ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 heaped Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp Rice malt syrup
1 Tsp vanilla extract
100 grams vegan chocolate


You don't have to use vegan chocolate, you could just use any type of chocolate you prefer. I chose Loving Earth Coconut Milk Chocolate because I'm lactose intolerant and I enjoy the coconut flavour it gives.

1 cup cashew nuts
